What’s Covered

Superior Operating Systems LLC. provides a 30-Day Repair Warranty and the following limited warranty. This is a limited warranty which extends only to the original purchaser.
Superior Operating Systems LLC. warrants any new product and its parts installed by Superior Operating Systems LLC. against defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the original install date. During this period, Superior Operating Systems LLC. will repair or replace defective parts with new or reconditioned parts at Superior Operating Systems LLC.’s option, without charge to you.

All original parts (parts installed by Superior Operating Systems LLC. at the original system build) replaced by Superior Operating Systems LLC. or its authorized service center, become the property of Superior Operating Systems LLC. after-market additions or modifications will not be warranted.

Warranty Conditions

The above Limited Warranty is subject to the following conditions:
1. This warranty extends only to products distributed and installed Superior Operating Systems LLC. It is effective only if the products are purchased and operated in the USA. (Within the USA including US 48 States, Alaska and Hawaii.)
2. This warranty only covers normal use of the product or equipment, which was intended by the manufacturer specifications. Superior Operating Systems LLC. shall not be liable under this warranty if any damage or defect results from (i) misuse, abuse, neglect, improper shipping or installation; (ii) disasters such as fire, flood, lightning or improper electric current; or (iii) service or alteration by anyone other than an authorized Superior Operating Systems LLC. representative; (iv) damages incurred through irresponsible use, including those resulting from viruses or spyware, overclocking, or other non-recommended practices.
3. You must retain your Invoice to receive the benefits of this warranty service.
4. No warranty extension will be granted for any replacement part(s) furnished to the purchaser in fulfilment of this warranty.
5. Superior Operating Systems LLC. and its Authorized Service Center accepts no responsibility for any software programs, data or information stored on any media or any parts of any products returned for repair Superior Operating Systems LLC.
6. All pre-installed software programs are licensed to customers under non- Superior Operating Systems LLC. software vendor’s term and conditions, provided with the packages.
7. This warranty does not cover any third party software or virus related problems.
8. Superior Operating Systems LLC. makes no warranty either expressed or implied regarding third-party (non- Superior Operating Systems LLC.) software.
9. Thirty-day Repair Warranty does not include opened software, parts, or special order merchandise.

Return of Non-Defective Products

Superior Operating Systems LLC. does not accept returns of non-defective equipment. All equipment sales are final!

Customer Remedies

Remedies provided

After the invoice has been provided by the customer, Superior Operating Systems LLC. will repair or replace defective parts with new or reconditioned parts at Superior Operating Systems LLC. ’s option, without charge to you.

Procedure for obtaining remedies

1. Any warranty services or questions must be accompanied by the serial number of the equipment or the invoice number from the transaction through which the warrantied product was purchased.
2. The customer should then contact Superior Operating Systems LLC. via phone or email in order to notify Superior Operating Systems LLC. of the defect. ‘Defect’ being defined within this warranty, as a product behaving in a way that is not in accordance with the manufacturer specifications.
3. Superior Operating Systems LLC. will then dispatch an authorized technician to your location to investigate the defect.
4. If a defect is found the authorized technician will notate the defect and initiate the process of repairing the defect under the warranty.
5. In some circumstances the defect can be repaired onsite, however due to factors such as not having the requisite parts available, it may not be able to repaired at that particular time.
6. Should the authorized technician not discover a defect or deliberate misuse of a product is discovered, a $99 diagnostic fee will be issued and the customer will be quoted the current rate of repair, including materials.
Please note that any warranty services or questions must be accompanied by the serial number of the equipment or the invoice number from the transaction through which the warrantied product was purchased.
Repeated abuse of our warranty system will result in the customer being blacklisted for service by Superior Operating Systems LLC. at their discretion.

Post Warranty Repair

For post warranty repair, the procedure to receive support is the same as outlined above, however the customer will be responsible for any charges relating to service at the current rate.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty and remedies set forth below are exclusive and in lieu of all others, oral or written, expressed or implied. No reseller, agent or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension or addition to this warranty.

Superior Operating Systems LLC. does not offer technical support for any software including installed OS or other programs under this warranty.

Technical support should be pursued through channels offered by the software’s individual tech support. Superior Operating Systems LLC. accepts no liability for problems caused by after-market software or hardware modifications or additions.

Superior Operating Systems LLC. is not responsible for giving any technical support concerning the installation or integration of any software or component the customer did not pay Superior Operating Systems LLC. to install.

Superior Operating Systems LLC. is not responsible for loss of data or time. Customers are responsible for backing up any data for their own protection.

Superior Operating Systems LLC. has the option of voiding the warranty if anyone other than an authorised Superior Operating Systems LLC. technician attempts to service the product.

Superior Operating Systems LLC. will not warrant any problems arising from an act of Nature (lighting, flooding, tornado, etc.), electrical spikes or surges, or problems arising out of hardware, software, or additional devices or peripheral attached to any device bought at Superior Operating Systems LLC.

This warranty is null and void if the defect or malfunction was due to damage resulting from operation not within manufacturer specifications. It will also be null and void if there are indications of misuse and/or abuse.

Under no circumstances will Superior Operating Systems LLC. be responsible for any refund or remuneration exceeding the original purchase price of the product less any shipping fees.
The equipment owner is responsible for the payment, at current rates, for any service or repair outside the scope of this warranty.

Warranty Disclaimer

Superior Operating Systems LLC. makes no other warranty, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or conformity to any representation or description, with respect to any product other than as set forth.

Superior Operating Systems LLC. makes no warranty or representation, either express or implied, with respect to any other manufacturer’s product or documentation, its quality, performance, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or conformity to any representation or description.

Superior Operating Systems LLC. is not responsible for any loss of work (“down time”) caused by a product requiring service.

Except as provided below, Superior Operating Systems LLC. is not liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience or damage that may result from use or inability to use the product or equipment.

Under no circumstances shall Superior Operating Systems LLC. be liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience or damage exceeding the purchase price of the product or equipment.

Superior Operating Systems LLC. will not be held responsible for typographical errors on sales receipts, repair tickets, or on our website.

Superior Operating Systems LLC. makes every effort to make sure all information on our website is correct.
